This property is being sold As-Is, Where-Is with any & all faults, and subject to all laws, ordinances, easements, plats, titles, & any other matters of record. This real estate is being sold subject to confirmation by the owner. A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the highest final bid and will become a part of the total contract price. A non-refundable deposit equal to 10% of the high bid amount, tendered in Cash or Certified Funds, will be due immediately following the auction with the balance of the total contract price due at closing NO LATER THANDecember 30, 2009 (This Sale MUST be closed by 12/30/09). Time Is Of The Essence. Obtaining financing, if needed, is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. No owner financing is being offered.
