This property is  being sold As-Is, Where-Is with any & all faults, and subject to all laws, ordinances, easements, plats, titles, & any other matters of record. This real estate is being sold subject to the confirmation of the owners. A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the highest final bid and will become a part of the total contract price. The non-refundable deposit in the amount of 10% of the high bid amount in the form of Cash or Certified funds, made payable to At Auction, Inc., is due immediately following the auction with the balance due at closing within 30 days.  Time is of the essence. All parcels will be sold sparately and then in combination. These terms, signed by each purchaser, and all announcements made from the auction block become part of the agreement to purchase contract.
