7036 Lakeshore Dr., Quinton, VA 23141
To Settle the Estate of William V. Moseley, Jr.
The Executor has ordered this property to be sold at ABSOLUTE auction, to the highest bidder, regardless of price! This 3 BR, 1 1/2 BA Dutch colonial home is situated on an approx. 1/4 acre lakefront lot. Built in 1973, the house has had a number of upgrades in recent years (windows, exterior doors, deck w/ motorized retractable awning, paved driveway, etc.), but is still in need of some cosmetics and updating. Some of the homes features include large living/family room, separate dining room, hardwood floors, fireplace with propane insert, galley kitchen, and more! The property is also improved with a covered party gazebo and small dock on the waterfront, as well as a nice storage shed. A great starter home, weekend/vacation getaway, retirement, rental, or “fix & flip” property! Perfectly livable as-is, but can be easily modernized. Opportunity abounds in this one!! Plan to be with us and make it YOURS... at YOUR price! Visit our website for further details.
